RETURNS

Please contact us before making any attempt to make the return.

To return your product, please contact us at sales@cryptoclothingstore.com with order number. We will provide individual instructions based on your item. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong Address -
 If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you require a refund and this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
